How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Annaalliance Roofing should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Annaalliance Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a contractor we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Contractor

The contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the contractor directly and keep a written record.

You can still tell us. Feedback about contractors helps keep our network honest, and a contractor who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed from it. Please know that Annaalliance Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a contractor's work or make decisions for a contractor.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@annaalliance.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the contractor. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
